Does Warzone Mobile have cross-platform play?
No, Warzone Mobile is not cross-platform. The mobile players will not be able to load up into lobbies against enemy teams on a PC or an Xbox Series X|S. Android and iOS players will not end up fighting someone with a keyboard and mouse. Those with that or even a controller have a little bit of a controls advantage against an iPhone or Samsung touch screen, so Activision has kept them separate and has not introduced crossplay.
The Battle Royale genre has at times struggled with skill-based matchmaking, especially in multiplayer. Mobile devices have a harder time with movement, aiming, and other aspects of the game, so Call of Duty is keeping them to their own matchmaking. You can drop into Verdansk or Rebirth Island safely at launch without fear of running into someone with a $5,000 PC setup while you’re on a phone.

Warzone Mobile does have cross-progression. While you can’t play with players on other platforms, you can link accounts and connect to a different device. The progress you make on your CoD account on mobile will count for your PlayStation 5 version, too. Battle Pass progression, player level, XP, weapons, camos, and more will be available on any and all connected devices.

Most games do support cross progression if they are on multiple platforms. CoD Warzone Mobile is taking it the extra step and including a mobile version of the game, which is fairly uncommon. Be sure to link accounts and sign in to the right profiles to ensure you are getting all the progress you can.
Call of Duty Warzone Mobile will have the same rewards available as PC players and console players have, so it can all seamlessly connect. Your friend list may be restricted, but the overall gameplay and your seasonal grind will not be. Collect operator skins, weapon levels, prestige, and play all sorts of game modes on different platforms (iOS platforms, consoles, or anything else) just like on Modern Warfare III.
