How to catch Latios in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Indigo Disk DLC
Before progressing, it is important to note that Latios is a Pokemon Scarlet Solo Quest exclusive. Don’t worry, you can still get the Pokemon in Pokemon Violet. To unlock Latios, you must complete Blueberry Quests (BBQs) in the Terarium and get the Latios Treat from Mr. Snacksworth at Blueberry Academy. Those player Pokemon Violet can do the same but must complete group quests to obtain the treat.
Mr. Snacksworth will give you a different legendary treat each time you complete 10 Blueberry Quests. Return to him each time to see if you get Latios’. After you do, he will tell you a brief story detailing where you can find Latios.

Latios can be found in the North Province (Area Two) section of Paldea to the southwest of Firescourge Shrine. There is a small pond with a tree in the middle of it here. Latios will be waiting for you on the edge of the body of water. The nearest fast travel point to this location is Fury Falls to the north. You can easily reach this area using the fly ability.
Once you reach Latios, interact with it to start the encounter. Be sure to bring a Pokemon that knows that move False Swipe to help prevent Latios from fainting during the battle.
