If you want to catch Rayquaza, you first need to obtain the Rayquaza Treat from Snacksworth near the entrance to Blueberry Academy. Rayquaza is a group quest legendary. This means that you need to complete group Blueberry Quests (BBQs) for Snacksworth to five you the Rayquaza Treat.
For every few quests that you complete, Snacksworth will give you a treat. Completing group quests will get you specific Pokemon from the opposite game that you have and the third legendaries from different generations. Once you have the Rayquaza Treat, the Pokemon will appear in Paldea.

Rayquaza is a flying and dragon-type Pokemon. This means that it is weak to ice, rock, dragon, and fairy-type moves. Rayquaza is resistant to fire, water, grass, fighting, and bug-type moves.
