If you want to get the Choice Specs, you will need to go to Mesagoza. This is the main city of the game where your academy is located. Similar to Pokémon Sword and Shield, you will be coming back to this main city a lot during your adventure.

Once you reach Mesagoza, go to the Delibird Presents Shop. The Delibird Presents store is located on the southeastern side of the town near Deli Cioso – where you can get a good Hamburger.
