What is a Fury Kill in MW3

A Fury Kill in MW3 simply means achieving 4 rapid kills within a short time frame. Kill four opposing players within any of the game’s multiplayer game modes. A Fury Kill medal is no small feat. You must put down actual players and not the enemy bots you find in some multiplayer modes.

So that’s really what Fury Kills are all about in MW3. It’s worth noting that you won’t be able to kill bots or even zombies. But fret not, there are challenging tasks in zombies mode that’ll put your survivor skills to the test if that’s what you’re interested in.

Regarding Recommended Weapons, these are guns that you can identify by a red flame icon in the armory. So if you find any such weapon in your armory, it’ll suffice for securing those Operator Fury Kills kills. Now let’s talk about how to take out four operators in matches.

Our 4 methods to get Fury Kills in MW3

Based on our time with MW3, here are some methods to rake up Fury Kills:

  • Play in smaller but intense maps like Rust, Shipment, or even Terminal. This is because these maps are not expansive, giving players very little hiding spots. Things are always heated in such maps as there’s never a dull moment.
  • Consider going for a weapon with a long-lasting magazine that’ll allow you to take down players without having to reload early, especially in the middle of an intense gunfight. Assault Rifles (MCW or MTZ-556), Battle Rifles, and LMGs are good options. The TAQ Eradicator and Pulemyot 762 are solid LMGs that could help. An SMG might not be a great pick for this unless you’ve got a solid loadout with Aftermarket Parts. A sniper rifle won’t work because of the time you lose between shots.
  • Use the right loadout for the job. Lethals and Tacticals like Semtex can take out multiple foes. Quick-Grip Gloves (Increases weapon swap speed), EOD Padding (Reduces damage from explosives), and Running Sneakers (Increases sprint speed and tac sprint refresh) can help you rack up kills consecutively.
  • Try chaotic modes like Kill Confirmed, Domination, Hardpoint, and Team Deathmatch where enemies can be caught at specific locations. And in Kill Confirmed, you can wait near dog tags to catch enemies by surprise. A large magazine will help you take out enemy operators in objective-based modes and respawn modes in multiplayer matches.
  • Hardcore mode reduces player health, letting you get multiple kills without emptying your magazine. Remember that this applies to you as well.

If smaller maps aren’t really your thing, especially if you’re not a fan of the fast-paced nature of Rust and Terminal, then consider playing Ground War mode and Invasion mode which offer larger maps and lots of players. I’d still recommend a rapid-fire weapon over a sniper rifle here to get fury kills.
