With the newly released Season 1.5 for Marvel Rivals in full swing, there’s been a lot of mystery among players around who voices the 6v6 title’s massive cast of superheroes and villains. Now that some of the voice actors are known to the player base, there’s a fine selection of big names here paired with fresh talent. Here’s what you need to know about the game’s voice actors you can expect to hear during hero call-outs.

Marvel Rivals features a dynamic roster of 37 characters, most of which has a different voice actor. As of Season 1.5, the list has expanded with new voice actors who have been recently added to the game. From Siegfried in Granblue Fantasy: Relink to Boone Morgan in Starfield, Jordan Reynolds is a familiar name in the gaming industry. He has lent his voice to games like Street Fighter Six and shows like Undead Unluck as well. He brings his skill to voicing Adam Warlock in the new Marvel title.
Black Panther: James Mathis III
Considering that James Mathis III has voiced Black Panther in Marvel projects like the Avengers Assemble TV show and The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, it’s no surprise that he returns for the game. He has also supported games like Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and Dead Space.
Black Widow: Laura Bailey
American voice actor Laura Bailey is well-known for her work in animated films, video games, and anime. Voice roles include Dragon Ball Z’s Kid Trunks, The Last of Us: Part II’s Abby, and Critical Role’s Vex’ahlia, a role she co-founded. She is a renowned artist, having won a BAFTA and a Game Award.
Bruce Banner: Joe Zieja
Joe’s work include Fire Emblem Three Houses (Claude Von Riegan), Just Cause 4 (Cesar), Star Fox Zero: The Battle Begins (Fox McCloud), Fate/Apocrypha (Achilles) and many other anime and game roles. He has also written the Epic Failure Trilogy, a sci-fi series.
Captain America: Brian Bloom
American playwright and actor Brian Bloom is famous for lending his voice to animated films and video games. As a voice actor, he has played Captain America in the Avengers series, Wolfenstein’s BJ Blazkowicz, and Dragon Age’s Varric Tethras. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was co-written by Bloom, demonstrating his versatility.
Cloak & Dagger: Hakeem Ysaguirre and Xanthe Huynh
Native of Queens, New York, Hakeem Ysaguirre goes by the stage name Kameechi and is a voice actor and musician in the United States. His voice acting career took off after he left his hip-hop duo Duece Tre Duece, and he became famous for his role as Cloak in Marvel Rivals. Along with Grand Theft Auto V, his involvement extends to Grand Theft Auto Online.
Famous for her work in video games and anime, Xanthe Huynh is a voice actress from the United States. She provided the voice of Dagger in Marvel Rivals, Haru Okumura in Persona 5, and Ui Hirasawa in K-On! Her varied work includes voice acting in games like Fire Emblem and Hunter x Hunter.
Doctor Doom and Thor: Travis Willingham
Travis is among the more popular names on this list. With extensive roles in storytelling brand Critical Role and games like LEGO Marvel Avengers (Thor) and World of Warcraft: Dragonflight (High Exarch Turalyon), he’s a great choice for the mantle of Doctor Doom. And with a multiverse-themed storyline, expect even more variants of this menace to arrive.
Doctor Strange: Liam O’Brien
Liam O’Brien returns to voice Doctor Strange. He voiced Strange in the Spider-Man TV show and Marvel Future Revolution. He’s also had roles in highly-rated anime like Sailor Moon, Baki, and Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin.
Galacta: Cassandra Morris
Be it Morgana in Persona 5, Operator 6O in Nier: Automata, or Elphelt Valentine in the Guilty Gear series, Cassandra has had a lot of incredible roles in video games. She brings that talent over to Galacta, a mentor of sorts who gets you through the tutorial and battle pass mechanics.
Groot: Adam Harrington
While you might think that Groot’s vocal range isn’t particularly impressive, that’s not the case with Adam. He has voiced characters in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order (Groot) and Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite (Grandmaster Meio). His Non-Marvel work includes XCOM 2: War of the Chosen and Triangle Strategy.
Hawkeye and Master Weaver : Andrew Kishino
Andrew Kishino is a Canadian voice actor and rapper. Having a strong, powerful voice, he has performed for Saw Gerrera in Star Wars: The Bad Batch, and Shang Tsung in Mortal Kombat 1. He has also provided voice for Batman: Arkham game characters. He’s also rumored to play The Hood in Marvel Rivals.
Hela: Nika Futterman
From Destiny 2: Lightfall’s Eva Levante to The Boy and the Heron’s Oyuki, Nika has voiced iconic characters across shows, games, and anime films. She brings this star power over to voice Hela in the game.
Hero Hulk: Fred Tatasciore
For Marvel, Fred has voiced Hulk and other characters in animated roles in Hulk and the Agents of Smash, Avengers Assemble, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Ultimate Spider-Man. So it’s not surprising that he returns to voice the monstrous alter ego of Bruce Banner.
Human Torch: Scott Whyte
Scott Whyte is an American voice actor and actor, renowned for voicing Crash Bandicoot in Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time and Human Torch in Marvel Rivals. He has also starred in City Guys and films including D2: The Mighty Ducks.
Invisible Woman: Suzie Yeung
Suzie Yeung is known for voicing Yuffie in Final Fantasy VII Remake, Makima in Chainsaw Man, and Eula in Genshin Impact, and she’s a rising star in anime and gaming.
Iron Fist: Stephen Fu
Stephen Fu is a popular voice actor known for voicing Diamant, Itsuki Hashima, and Kaname Sudo.
Iron Man: Josh Keaton

Loki: Troy Baker

Magneto: James Arnold Tyler

Rocket Raccoon: Nolan North
Nolan North returns to voice Rocket Raccoon as he had voiced him in Telltale’s Guardians of the Galaxy game. He’s one of the biggest names in the industry, with appearances like Deadpool in Marvel’s Midnight Suns, Iron Man in Marvel’s Avengers, and Nathan Drake from the Uncharted games. As someone who has been a part of Marvel games before, we’re not too surprised to see him return to a familiar role.
Scarlet Witch: Kate Higgins
From Sakura Haruno in the Naruto franchise and Sailor Mercury in the Sailor Moon to Saber in the Fate/Stay Night and CC in Code Geass (2006), Kate’s work has shouldered a variety of anime characters. She voices Scarlet Witch in Marvel Rivals.
Spider-Man: Yuri Lowenthal
We’re not surprised that Yuri Lowenthal is back to voice everyone’s favourite web-slinging hero. He returns as Peter Parker from the previous Spider-Man games from Insomniac Games. He’s also voiced characters in well-known titles like Helldivers 2 (Default Helldiver Voice 2), Mortal Kombat 1 (Smoke), and Genshin Impact (Dainsleif).
Spider-Zero: Daisy Lightfoot
Daisy has voiced Electro in the Spider-Man TV series, Natalie in Marvel Rising: Initiation, and Shuri in LEGO Marvel Superheroes: Black Panther – Trouble in Wakanda. She returns to voice Spider-Zero.
Squirrel Girl: Milana Vayntrub
Milana Vayntrub is a skilled voice actor recognized for her energetic performances. She achieved notoriety as Lily Adams in AT&T commercials and as Squirrel Girl in Marvel Rising and Marvel Rivals. Her most renowned works include Other Space, This Is Us, Werewolves Within, and the popular game God of War Ragnarok.
Star-Lord: Scott Porter
