Like most online shooters, Marvel Rivals includes a spray feature. This lets you pick from a bunch of cosmetic decals to add to any map surface. So as you team up with Marvel’s cast of heroes and villains, here’s how you can use sprays in the game to mark your territory.
How to use Spray in Marvel Rivals
You can apply a spray to any surface by pressing T on a keyboard or left on the D-Pad on a PlayStation or Xbox controller. This brings up the Spray wheel with a list of sprays and emotes you’ve unlocked. Aim at a wall, ceiling, or floor, and then stand next to it as you move the cursor and left-click to apply this decal. You can change this button in the keybinds menu if you want to use a mouse button or shortcut. Games like Overwatch and Counter-Strike 2 already have this feature so it’s nice to see Marvel take a page from the current heavyweights in the genre.
How to get more Sprays
Players get the default logo one at first but you can earn more like the 2099 Spider-Punk version for Spider-Man by progressing to level four in Galacta’s Quest. Further Battle Passes and challenges keep adding more sprays to the game, so you will be able to fill out your collection in no time.
