Like a Dragon Gaiden on Game Pass explained

Yes, Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is coming to Game Pass on day one across Xbox and Windows PC. In a surprise announcement, the developers have confirmed that the latest Kiryu outing will arrive on Microsoft’s subscription service. While the game is expected to be shorter than earlier titles, Like a Dragon Gaiden sets things up for the next title. Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth isn’t too far off either, with a January 2024 release date.

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio director Masayoshi Yokowama noted the significance of the game at the Xbox Tokyo Games Show broadcast. “It also allows you to understand what kind of man Kazuma Kiryu is, his way of life, and his personality,” he stated. “Thus this work is a good start even for those who have never touched the series.”

That covers everything you need to know about the game launching on Game Pass. Stay tuned for all the latest information regarding Kiryu’s new avatar and his misadventures right here. Like a Dragon Gaiden joins the historical Like a Dragon: Ishin spinoff that arrived on Game Pass recently. Regardless of whether you’ve watched Kiryu grow through several games or are a newcomer, expect the new title to reel you in. There will certainly be plenty of franchise-standard emotional storytelling paired with bombastic setpieces.
