Power Cells In LEGO Fortnite can be made through crafting, and this special item is helpful for creating vehicles. Naturally, vehicles will be invaluable to you when it comes to exploring, since there aren’t a ton of fast ways to move about nor is there a fast travel. While it is perfectly fine to get around without vehicles, this will simply help you. Power Cells are not necessary for your survival, but you will need one if you want to unlock pre-made vehicle recipes.

How to craft Power Cells
To make Power Cells you need 50x Biomass and 6x Glass. Furthermore, you will need to have built a Compost Bin, and a Metal Smelter, and upgraded your Bench to level 2 to obtain all the tools you need. Once you have built these, you will need to make 50 Biomass and 6 glass, then use the crafting bench to create Power Cells. The recipe for unlocking Power Cells will automatically unlock once you create your first Compost Bin.
Biomass is produced by putting meat or food into the Compost Bin. The result of this will be Biomass. Since you can use anything, such as Raspberries or normal meat, you have plenty of ways to gather these items to transform into Biomass.
Once you’ve got your 50 Biomass and 6 glass, simply make your way over to your Crafting Bench. Interact with it and select the Torch icon at the top of the menu. Select the ‘Power Cell’ recipe, and hit craft, and it only a few seconds you’ll have your very own Power Cell.
What are Power Cells used for?
Power Cells are the only way to put energy into Power Centers. Power Centers are an item you put on a Dynamic Foundation to allow it to give power to Powered Wheels, Turnable Wheels, and Thrusters. The larger to Power Center, the more Power Cells it can contain. Energy from Power Cells is drained as you use your Dynamic Foundation as a vehicle. Since Power Cells are so important for vehicles, you will want to have an excess of them so your vehicle doesn’t break down in the middle of nowhere.
