After a long wait, Fortnite OG has finally arrived and it does bring the full Chapter 1 Season 1 gameplay experience, straight out of 2017 to life. Players who started playing Epic’s Battle Royale during its early days were overjoyed seeing that the OG weapons, sounds, and graphics returned just the way they remembered them.
However, players also saw the return of an infamous meta from the OG days, the Double Pump, which allows players to fire two Pump Shotguns in quick succession. While the meta was a bug in Fortnite during the early days, which was later removed, Epic has deliberately added it in the OG mode given its popularity among players.

How to use Double Pump meta in Fortnite
First things first, to use the Double Pump in Fortnite you need to find two Pump Shotguns (preferably Uncommon or Rare rarities) and stack them next to one another in your inventory.
Once you have them stacked, simply fire the first shotgun, and as soon as the bullet is fired, switch to the next slot and quickly fire the second shotgun.
In order to achieve this, you can use the scroll wheel on your mouse or the weapon slot button to quickly switch between weapons so both the guns fire in a span of within 1 second.
Furthermore, if you’re on a console, make sure to press the Next Slot or Previous Slot button first (LB/RB or L1/R1) on your controller and keep pressing the fire button as you do it.
Once you master this mechanic, you’ll be able to Double Pump your enemies in no time. However given the meta is here to stay in the OG mode, it’s wise if you get the hang of it pretty quickly since it’s one of the most overpowered techniques in the game.
It will also help you complete a secret OG mode quest which requires you to fire two different weapons quickly within 1 second.
