Honkai Star Rail 1.3 banners are just around the corner, introducing two new five-stars and one new four-star character with the release of the latest update. With the launch of patch 1.3, Honkai Star Rail is bringing about new quality-of-life changes to its systems, but the characters launching with the latest update take centre stage.
With the Honkai Star Rail 1.3 release will come new banners to wish on, and the first phase of the Honkai Star Rail 1.3 banners is Imbibitor Lunae, a new five-star Imagination character who follows the path of Destruction. Appearing alongside Imbibitor Lunae are four-star characters Asta, March 7th, and Yukong. The second banner in this phase has Fu Xuan as the featured five-star, a defensive Preservation Quantum character. In phase two, a new four-star character Lynx will make her debut.
With Honkai Star Rail 1.3 banners, three new characters are coming: Fu Xuan, Imbibitor Lunae, and Lynx. This banner will go live when 1.3 does, starting August 30 and should run until September 20. This banner will be called Epochal Spectrum.
The first phase of the 1.3 banners will lead with Imbibitor Lunae, a five-star Destruction character. In this banner, there will be a boosted drop-rate for the following four-star characters:
- Asta (Fire, Harmony)
- March 7th (Ice, Preservation)
- Yukong (Imaginary, The Harmony)
Honkai Star Rail 1.3 banners in phase two will introduce Fu Xuan, the new Quantum Preservation character. This banner will start on Wednesday, 20 September and run until October 10. During her banner, the new four-star character Lynx will debut, along with a boosted drop rate for:
- Hook (Fire, Destruction)
- Lynx (Quantum, Abundance)
- Pela (Ice, Nihility)
The banner lineup for Honkai Star Rail 1.3 brings us the long-anticipated Imbibitor Lunae, the five-star version of Dan Heng. With Fu Xuan in phase two, this will mark the first five-star Preservation limited banner character other than Gepard. If you want a new tank, Fu Xuan should be high on your list.
The limited Light Cone banner, otherwise known as the Brilliant Fixation banner, will update when Honkai Star Rail patch 1.3 goes live. With the new banners, the Brilliant Fixation will be updated to let you pull for Imbibitor Lunae’s signature Light Cone, Brighter Than the Sun.
This Light Cone is for Destruction characters, matching Imbitor Lunae’s Path in Honkai Star Rail. While these limited Light Cones are generally made specifically for the character they release alongside, the can be used on other characters who are on the same Path. These are the featured Light Cones during phase one of Honkai Star Rail 1.3 banners.
- Brighter than The Sun – Destruction (5*)
- Dance! Dance! Dance! – Harmony (4*)
- Planetary Rendezvous – Harmony (4*)
- Landau’s Choice – Preservation (4*)
The second banner phase of Honkai Star Rail should go live on September 20, which will coincide with the start of Fu Xuan’s banner going live. At the moment, we don’t know what the Brilliant Fixation banner will hold. We do know at the very least it will have Fu Xuan’s Light Cone since featured characters always run alongside their signature Light Cones.
