To find a pig, you need to travel north to Grapeseed in Blaine County. This is the small farming area on the other side of the lake from the city. You can find this area by taking the road north from the casino.
Once you reach Grapeseed, be on the lookout for a large farm. Here, you will be able to spot a fenced-in area with multiple farm animals. In the center of this area is a pig pen filled with pigs that you can photograph.
