Amakumo Fruit is a collectible plant in Genshin Impact. It has only one use as a Regional Speciality, and this is to Ascend your characters.

Specifically, Amakumo Fruit is needed for Raiden Shogun, the limited five-star Electro Archon. Outside of Ascending Raiden, Amkumo Fruit currently has no other use. Amakumo Fruit is a plant that can be gathered only on Seirai Island, in the region of Inazuma. Amakumo Fruit is a location speciality and it is used to Ascend characters. As of the latest patch, Amakumo Fruit is only used for Raiden Shogun. If you want to Ascend Raiden Shogun, you will need a lot of Amakumo Fruit. The most you can gather in one cycle is roughly 90, which will get you well on your way through Ascending the almighty Shogun.

The good news is that Amakumo Fruit appears an huge quantities. Better yet, each node gives you two fruit, making farming enough for Raiden an extremely easy task. As with all Regional Speciality items in Genshin, Amakumo Fruit will respawn in your world after two days.

Amakumo Fruit location – Seirai Island

As of the latest version of Genshin Impact, Amakumo Fruit can only be gathered on Amakumo Peak on Seirai Island. You can find plenty of fruit dotted around the islands, specifically the outer ring of Amakumo Peak. As you progress through the story, you will clear a storm by Amakumo Peak and this will spawn new gathering nodes.

If you begin at the centre of Amakumo Peak and work your way through the outer ring and then to the edge of the island and then finally go to the surrounding small islands, you will gather every Amakumo Fruit in no time.
