Fortnitemares 2023 is finally here! The Fortnite Halloween event arrived with the v26.30 update on Tuesday and has brought a lot of new content. Considering that this is the most popular annual event, it’s no surprise that Epic Games added many new things with it.
Once again, Epic has released a couple of free Fortnitemares rewards. These rewards can be obtained during the event and will likely be exclusive, meaning that they won’t come out to the Item Shop at any point.

What are free Fortnitemares 2023 rewards?
Epic Games added six free Fortnitemares 2023 rewards this year. Many players believed that a free skin would come during the Halloween event as well, but this is not the case. Regardless of this, new free items look great and can be easily obtained by completing new quests.
Here are all the free rewards that can be obtained during the Fortnitemares event:
Complete 5 Fortnitemares Quests:
- Bat Royale Backbling
- Banner Icon
Complete 15 Fortnitemares Quests:
- Sweet! Emote
- Hypno-Bat Spray
- Phantasmic Fall Contrail
Complete 25 Fortnitemares quests
- Rise of the Revenant Music Pack
- Within the Sacntum Loading Screen
- Revenant Rider Glider
In addition, it’s also possible to get free rewards by completing Horde Rush challenges:
- Complete 1 Horde Rush Quest to earn the The Murk Wrap.
- Complete 4 Horde Rush Quests to earn the Heart-o-Lantern Emoticon.
- Complete 7 Horde Rush Quests to earn the Batwing Bonespike Pickaxe.
While Epic Games hasn’t confirmed this, the rewards will likely be exclusive to this year’s Halloween event.
It’s important to note that these free rewards can only be unlocked during the special event. To find the Fortnitemares 2023 quests, you need to launch Fortnite and open the Quests tab. After that, choose Fortnitemares or Horde Rush from the left-side menu, and you’ll see all the available quests and their rewards.
