What does vaulted and unvaulted mean in Fortnite?

In Fortnite, the terms vaulted and unvaulted are widely used when referring to in-game cosmetic items or loot pool weapons. If an item is removed from the game and not re-added for an extended period of time, it is deemed to have been returned to the vault and therefore vaulted.

However, if a Fortnite item that was previously available but vaulted is returned to the loot pool or the game’s item shop, it is deemed unvaulted.

Now that you know what vaulted and unvaulted mean in Fortnite, stay tuned to this list as we keep this regularly updated with weapon changes each week.
