To play Fortnite GeoGuessr, all you need is a web browser. The game is available on multiple platforms, from computers to mobile phones. It features many different Fortnite maps, from Chapter 1 to the current chapter, so there’s plenty of opportunity to show off your knowledge. This guide is here to tell you exactly how to do play it.
Where to play Fortnite GeoGuessr
Fortnite Geoguessr is not a game mode developed by Epic Games, so you cannot find it within the game. Instead, it’s a browser-based game, and you will have to head over to whereinfortnite.com to play it. Once you open the website, you’ll be able to select Fortnite history, chapters, or specific seasons.
When you make your choice, you will also be able to set a couple of game settings:
- Game Length: How many rounds the game will have
- Round Time: How long each round lasts
- Pan (Look around): Allow camera movement
- Zoom: Allow camera zoom
Once you press the Play button, you will load into a random location on a Battle Royale map. You’ll have to guess the correct location you are located in before you hit the time limit. You can use landmarks, objects, and other visual clues to try to narrow your location. To make a guess, select a location on the mini-map and press the Make Guess button.
If you get a correct answer in Fortnite GeoGuessr, you will get 500 points. The closer you are to a spot, the more points you will get. Once the round ends, a white pin will show the location of your guess, while a red pin will show the exact location you need to mark.
In each round, you will be placed in a random spot on the game’s map, so make sure to check your surroundings before making a guess. The multiplayer version of the game can be found at lostgamer.io, so be sure to check it out.
