FC 24 Best Serie A Starter Squad in Ultimate Team

With some great all-rounders, plenty of Serie A Starter Squads will be created over the coming weeks in FC 24 Ultimate Team. The league has some great cards to start off with, which you can upgrade into some stunning players! This meta side has been created on a 10,000 budget. This means you won’t need to blow the bank to recreate it.

Squad Guide 

Serie A has some brilliant center-backs and attacking full-backs, so it was hard not to pick a formation that uses five at the back for our FC 24 starter squad. A 5-2-2-1 also gives us the best Meta Rating within budget. 

The wing-backs can get up and down the pitch with pace to support the midfield and forward line. Manuel Lazzari is the standout, with a Meta Rating far exceeding his actual overall. The three CBs are all solid, with a decent mix of speed and physicality. We stuck tightly to our budget, but for a little extra, you could upgrade Stefan Posch to AC Milan’s Pierre Kalulu. 

Juventus man Manuel Locatelli provides a more defensive option in midfield, with Lorenzo Pellegrini a true box-to-box player. You will want to switch Locatelli for Andre-Franck Zambo Anguissa once you get the coins. 

We have decent enough pace up top, with Nicolas Gonzalez and Matteo Politano both agile forwards. Napoli’s Giacomo Raspadori will work as a starting striker, but there are better options. Felipe Anderson, Deulofeu, or Luis Muriel would be better for a slightly higher price.
