Disney Speedstorm characters list

The Disney Speedstorm characters list is filled with many of your favorite Disney and Pixar characters you grew up watching. From Beauty and the Beast to Mulan by way of Monsters Inc. and Pirates of the Caribbean, there’s no shortage of iconic franchises making their way into the game.

Each racer has a set of skills they can use to help give them the edge when battling for position in races, so there server far more than a simple cosmetic function. Here is the full list of racers available in Disney Speedstorm along with all the crew characters that have been confirmed so far. As you can see above, the list of playable racers in Disney Speedstorm is sectioned off into their various franchises. While Monsters Inc. has more characters than the others at launch, you can expect the other sections to be filled out more over time and new ones to be added as well.

How to unlock characters in Disney Speedstorm

To unlock characters in Disney Speedstorm, you need to acquire Racer Shards. Ten Shards per racer will unlock them, with future accumulations raising their star level, unlocking more crew slots and allowing them to level up more.

There are various ways to get Racer Shards. The way to get them for free is to play various race events that they are featured in. For example, during the first battle pass and Season Tour, Sulley is available. You can also get Shards in the Starter Circuit. Unfortunately, when those opportunities don’t present themselves for the specific character you want, the only way to get them is to purchase the Universal Box. This loot box system will give a very small chance that you get the actual thing you want.
