• Harlequin Crest (Helm) – Gain Maximum Life, Cooldown Reduction, Resource Generation, and All Stats. Also, get Damage Reduction. In addition, gain +4 Ranks to all of your character’s Skills.
• Melted Heart of Selig (Amulet) – Resistance to All Elements, All Stats, Core Skill Damage, Damage While Healthy, and Resource Regeneration. Gain +30% Maximum Resource in your Resource pool. In addition, when you take damage, drain Resource for every 1% of Life you would have lost instead.
• Ring of Starless Skies (Ring) – Get Lightning Resistance, Shadow Resistance, Lucky Hit Chance, Critical Strike Chance, Critical Strike Damage, and Core Skill Damage. Also, consecutive Core Skill casts reduce the Resource cost of your next Core Skill up to a maximum of 40%.
• The Grandfather (Two-handed Sword) – Gain Critical Strike Damage, Damage, Maximum Life, All Stats. You can also ignore Durability Loss. This item also greatly increases your Critical Strike Damage.

How to get uber unique items in Diablo 4 Season 2

Uber Uniques can come from random drops in World Tier 4: Torment, and from defeating the Echo of Duriel endgame boss. We’d recommend going after Uber Duriel as you’re far more likely to pick up these items from him than in the overworld. You’ll need to collect Shards of Agony from Grigoire the Galvanic Saint and Mucus Slick Eggs from the Echo of Varshan to summon Duriel. After you have the items, head to the Gaping Crevasse and take on this level 100 boss for a chance for the Uber Unique items to drop. You’ll likely have to do this a few times.
