While most players log on to Fortnite for the Battle Royale, the thousands of available Fortnite Creative maps are arguably just as bit a part of the game these days. And among those maps, one of the most popular themes is zombie maps. That’s why we’ve put together a list of five zombie maps in Fortnite Creative for you and your friends to check out. All the maps in this list are different from each other. One is directly comparable to the Call of Duty Zombies mode, while the other has role-playing mechanics. Some require a team of four, while others you can join alone.
Best zombie maps in Fortnite Creative
With so many zombie maps to choose from, you might not want to bother checking them out individually to see if they’re worth playing. So if you want to jump straight in, we’ve got a selection for you to choose from:
Map name | Map code |
---|---|
Zombieland | 9369-6922-8408 |
Outbreak | 9285-4108-6826 |
Deadpines: Zombie Survival | 0598-1708-7538 |
Sunrise City | 3303-8983-5104 |
Infected | 0157-2279-6109 |
Most of these maps are better with more players, so be sure to grab as many friends as you can before you jump on.
1. Zombieland
- Code: 9369-6922-8408
One of the classics, Zombieland has been around for ages and is probably the most well-known zombie map in Fortnite. With players banding together to take on waves of enemies, you can collect XP, obtain new weapons and vehicles and play with up to eight people. It’s received constant updates over the years, so has only got better with time, and is still a great choice today.
2. Outbreak
- Code: 9285-4108-6826
Outbreak is a pretty classic zombie defense game mode. You and up to 24 players can band together to take on hordes of enemies with any weapon you want, and even some powerful superpowers to add a bit of flair to the game. It’s got a pretty big open world to explore and some achievements to earn to make it rewarding to keep coming back to.
3. Deadpines: Zombie Survival
- Code: 0598-1708-7538
Deadpines: Zombie Survival is pretty unique among these games because it’s also a roguelike. You and your team of up to four players will group up on an open-world map to take down never-ending hordes of zombies. There are plenty of weapons and vehicles at your disposal, and the further you go, the more upgrades you’ll earn. Since there’s no way to beat this game mode, the aim of the game is simply to get as far as you can, with the best scores featuring on the leaderboard.
4. Sunrise City
- Code: 3303-8983-5104
Sunrise City is another one that’s been around for a while. You and your squad will come up against waves of increasingly difficult zombie attacks. In between waves, you can buy new weapons and fortify your surroundings to try and stop the zombies from getting in. It shares some similarities with the Zombies mode in Call of Duty, so if you’re a fan of that then you’re probably going to love this too. Just make sure you’ve got a team with you, because it’s almost impossible to survive on your own.
5. Infected
- Code: 0157-2279-6109
If you’re a fan of Call of Duty’s Infected, then that’s exactly what this Fortnite Creative game mode is going for. One team of ‘zombies’ is armed with only melee weapons and is trying to hunt down the other team. Once you’re caught, you become infected and join the zombie team. This goes on until one player is left, crowning them the winner. With a maximum of 20 players, this game mode can be incredible when two big teams are running around the map, and is a great one to play with friends as well.
