If you count among those lucky enough to get access to Avowed via the Premium Edition, you’ll have some digital goodies waiting for you when you first load into the Living Lands. Among them are two cosmetic skin packs for you and the four companions you’ll meet on your journey.

These are the Eora Collection Set and the Obsidian Collection Set, which don’t automatically appear in your inventory when you start the game. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to get the Premium Edition Obsidian and Eora sets in Avowed.

How to unlock the Obsidian and Eora skin packs in Avowed

To unlock the Obsidian and Eora skin packs, you’ll need to set up a Party Camp then interact with the Party Stash. Inside, you’ll find all the companions outfits based on characters and regions from Pillars of Eternity and on Obsidian Entertainment, the developers behind Avowed.

If you haven’t the foggiest what we are on about, you’ll first need to progress the story past the opening On Strange Shoes main story quest until you reach Claviger’s Landing as part of the Message from Afar quest. Once you arrive, head north out Claviger’s Landing, past Magran’s Assay on your left until you spot a large Adra Waystone called Ivona’s Threshold Party camp. It looks like a large turquoise crystal with a purple wispy beam coming out of the top.

Approach the Waystone and interact with it, then set up a camp. Open the Party Stash chest to the right of the Main Camp Tent and you’ll find the following armor and clothing items inside:

  • Engwithan Cuirass
  • Engwithan Gauntlets
  • Engwithan Greaves
  • Obsidian Order Cuirass
  • Obsidian Order Gauntlets
  • Obsidian Order Sabatons

You can then hop into your inventory and equip these to your characters in whatever combination you see fit.

How to change companion outfits

As for the companion outfits, to equip these, interact with the Main Camp Tent to the left of the Party Stash. You can then cycle through the two outfits for each of the four companions you’ll encounter in the game. At this point, you’ll likely only have Kai. You can switch his outfit to either the Obsidian Collection or Eora Collection alongside his default skin.
