A quick glance at the system requirements suggests you’ll need a decent PC to run Aomtfall at playable frame rates, let alone with all the settings maxed out for that glorious next-gen look and feel. It’s by no means the most demanding game to hit store shelves recently, but it won’t run on a dusty old potato.

If you’ve got the feeling your old rig doesn’t stand a chance, you might be considering streaming the game via the cloud, specifically using NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW service. You’re in luck then because Atomfall is set to launch on GeForce NOW on day one. In this guide, we’ll walk you through all the details around Atomfall’s GeForce NOW launch.

When will Atomfall be playable on GeForce NOW?

Atomfall will be available to play on GeForce NOW to coincide with the game’s worldwide release on March 27, 2025. You’ll be able to jump in if you have either the Steam or Game Pass version of the game. NVIDIA shared the good news in a news blast published in late February, confirming all the titles set to hit the service in March. If you pre-order the Deluxe Edition, you’ll get 3 days early access, but from what we understand you won’t be able to load in via GeForce NOW.

If you’re new to GeForce NOW, it works on a three-tier system, with each one offering certain benefits and limitations, as follows:

TierPriceBenefits
FreeAd-supported– Longest queue times
– 1-hour session lengths
Performance$9.99/£9.99 per month– short queue times
– 6-hour session lengths
– 1440p QHD
– RTX ON
Ultimate$19.99/£19.99 per month– shortest queue times
– 8-hour session lengths
– DLSS 3
– NVIDIA Reflect
– Cloud G-Sync
– 4K HDR
– 240 FPS
– RTX ON

If you’re looking for the thriftiest option, you’re best bet is to get access to Atomfall through Game Pass then play on the free GeForce NOW tier. There’s even a £1/$1 two-week PC Game Pass trial up for grabs available for new subscribers. The 1-hour session limit is a tad annoying, especially if you plan on grinding through Atomfall, but you’re saving quite a bit of cash.
