Recommended: Luigi’s Mansion 2 – 3DS
It’s fair to say that Luigi’s Mansion 2 is one of the first original 3DS titles that has got the majority of the office interested. This is a game that seems to have that special Nintendo magic that has been missing in recent times, and to be honest is what Nintendo has needed for quite some time. As well as the 9/10 awarded by us, Luigi’s Mansion 2 has scored well almost across the board, currently sitting with a Metacritic rating of 85.
Worth a look
While praise has been lavished on Luigi’s Mansion 2, it’s far from being the week’s biggest release. That accolade goes to the highly anticipated BioShock Infinite. You can find our review here. It’s a game that is likely to cause lots of discussion, but is let down by numerous flaws.
Also out is the explosive but silly Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel, technically ropey but funny LEGO City: Undercover on Wii U, Tiger’s latest golf sim, and the PS3/Vita cross-buy Sly Cooper comeback game, Thieves in Time.
