After the plentiful rumors of a Nintendo Direct circulating during January, Nintendo has just revealed an upcoming Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase taking place on February 5, 2026.
The partner showcase will be a presentation packed full of exciting announcements of upcoming third-party games for Nintendo’s best-selling line of consoles. While we won’t see any of Nintendo’s in-house developed titles here, we will see all kinds of third-party titles for Nintendo’s handheld home console hybrids.
Here’s a breakdown of when the Nintendo Direct will take place by timezone:
- 6am PST
- 2pm GMT
- 3pm CET
- 1am AEDT
You can check back here at the time that’s right for you to watch the Partner Showcase below.
While Nintendo Directs give us a great look at Nintendo’s own IPs, Partner Showcases are just as exciting in their own right.
Given the plentiful Nintendo Directs that have recently occurred for Nintendos inhouse projects, however, it’s absolutely the time for the third-party games to shine.
But with how many video game developers Nintendo has partnered with to bring their games to the Switch 2, it’s anyone’s guess what we could see here!
Third Party thriving

Much of the speculation surrounds the highly anticipated Duskbloods, the new dark fantasy action RPG from Dark Souls developers FromSoft. There is also a possibility for a look at an improved Elden Ring Switch 2 port, neither of which has been sighted since early 2025.
Rumors are also surrounding other ports of popular titles to Nintendo Switch 2, such as the rhythm action game Hi-Fi Rush. The game was previously rated for Nintendo Switch twice by PEGI, but both of these ratings have since been removed.
We don’t know what lies in store for us in this Nintendo Direct, but we’ll be back here tomorrow to find out.
