The good news is that the ASUS ROG Phone 7 is slated to be unveiled on April 13, 2023 at 08:00 AM. The unveiling will happen at an online event titled ‘For Those Who Dare.’ You can find the unveiling event here. There’s even a count-down on the official website so it’s clear ASUS are excited about this.
And with good reason. The last ASUS ROG phone offering was the ASUS ROG Phone 6D which boasted a ‘centred CPU design with 6000 mAh battery and 165 Hz Samsung AMOLED display’. We’re excited what’s next from ASUS.
We’re also hoping that ASUS will stick to the release schedule of unveiling the main attraction with later versions following in later months, as happened with the ASUS ROG Phone 6 (released July 2022) and the ASUS ROG Phone 6D (unveiled September 2022). If that happened, we might be able to look forward to ASUS ROG Phone 7 series updates in the coming year.
