GPT 4 is scheduled for a release sometime this week – but what time could we see the new language model hit the streets (clouds?).
It’s not often that something as huge as ChatGPT comes around. Not only is it incredibly useful, but it’s also incredibly popular. There’s hundreds, if not thousands, of people out there looking to get ahead and get onto the new language model as soon as it launches, but when exactly will that be?
We know that it’s launching this week, though we don’t have an exact date for that. Instead, we’re going to have to make predictions for when the model could release.
The thing about GPT-4 is that it’s launch is not going to dictated by the typical hardware release patterns. Instead, as it’s software, it can quietly go live on the internet without a warning from the developers, OpenAI.
We imagine that when it does release – it will go live quietly at midnight in the US, where the majority of OpenAI’s workforce is. However, we reiterate that this is really just speculation, and we have no idea what accuracy this has.
