The successor to the Xbox 360 will be released in 2013, a source on Microsoft’s Xbox Team has told CNET.
The source didn’t offer any further info, only going as far as to confirm the 2013 date rumoured back in October.
Sources at Microsoft have also revealed to CNET that Xbox brand and design lead Don Coyner has been replaced by Emma Williams, involved in the recent redesign of the Xbox LIVE interface.
Coyner joined the Xbox team in 1999, starting as director of marketing for the group and eventually seeing his role expand to include the user experience.
