For a long time EA’s Command & Conquer 3 was a PC exclusive, but in November 2006 the game was announced for the Xbox 360. EA has now revealed that the Xbox 360 version will include a number of exclusive features: two new multiplayer modes and Xbox Live Vision camera support.

The two new multiplayer modes are Capture the Flag and Siege, which will be playable against people all over the world over Xbox Live. Online multiplayer in C&C 3 will be given a more personal touch for those with an Xbox Live Vision cameras; EA has confirmed that you will be able to see your opponent’s face during the moment you claim victory. Likewise, the loser will be treated to ten seconds of gloating by the winner.

EA has also revealed that the single-player game will offer your money’s worth, with more than 35 missions to complete, and as expected the game will make use of the same one-button interface as seen in EA’s previous Xbox 360 RTS, The Lord of the Rings, The Battle for Middle-earth 2.

C&C 3 is currently expected for release on the PC in March, with the Xbox 360 version likely to follow later in the year, although no exact release date has been announced.
