The Diablo franchise has always had incredible villains, and we are hoping that Diablo 4 will be no different. We know that Lilith, Queen of Succubi, is set to be the big bad for the latest instalment in Diablo, but that still doesn’t really answer who she is. So let’s take a look at everything we know about Lilith so far.
Who is Lilith in Diablo 4?
In case you’re unaware, Lilith is a pretty big part of the Diablo lore and universe. She is the daughter of Mephisto, one of the main villains of previous games. She is also partly responsible for the creation of Sanctuary. It was made in an attempt to create an escape from the conflicting High Heaves and Burning Hell.

She was then banished into a void, which is where she has been until now. Over the last few thousands of years she has been drifting in the void, but she has now been brought back to Sanctuary. Now Lilith is in charge of the Cult of Rathma and will serve as the main antagonist of Diablo 4.
We will learn much more about Lilith when the full game releases on the 6th of June.
