We Happy Few will receive its final DLC, titled ‘We All Fall Down’, on November 19 (via Xbox Achievements).

This one follows the story of Victoria Byng, a citizen of Wellington Wells who has suffered from the iron grip of the opiate Joy. However, the drug is becoming rarer and rarer as shortages cause the populace to experience psychotic breaks and take up arms against anyone who may expose their reality. Victoria must grin and bear her own withdrawal symptoms while she tries to end the sickness affecting the entire village for good.

Compulsion Games has added a few neat tricks for players to use, though. New combat options are available like a sneaky, shocking dart gun, or a whip that will knock back enemies and let Victoria swing from one building to the other. This is vital for evasion and stealthy players will be able to tiptoe across rooftops to survey the area and its threats. Finally, the expansion won’t be including the survival staples of the core game; ‘there’s no time for eating, sleeping, and crafting while the world falls apart.’

We Happy Few is out now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Watch the ‘We All Fall Down’ launch trailer below.
