Riot Games is set to bring Valorant Episode 8 Act 2. The new Act will be next week following the culmination of Act 1 on March 4th. While Riot Games hasn’t revealed much about the upcoming next chapter yet, previous Valorant Episode 8 Act 2 leaks point to the debut of Agent 25. Not much is known about this new character other than possibly their launch date, class, codename, and what’s hinted at in a teaser.

Before the next Chapter from Riot Games arrives, make sure to get the Valorant Light Em’ Up Spray from Prime Gaming. This is available to get until March 25th. In addition, you can check out the patch notes for the most recent update 8.03 to get a reminder of all the fixes and tweaks recently made by Riot.

You also want to make sure to get everything part of the Episode 8 Act 1 Battle Pass as it is set to conclude in less than a week. And, when it does conclude, we will be treated to the beginning of Act 2 which will hopefully bring Agent 25 as suggested by leaks.

Valorant Episode 8 Act 2 Agent 25 leaks

Riot Games hasn’t confirmed yet, but leaks suggest Agent 25 will come out in Valorant Episode 8 Act 2. This comes courtesy of the reliable ValorLeaks all the way back in December. The new chapter will start on March 5th with downtime beginning one day earlier.

We don’t know much about the upcoming playable character as all we have visually seen is a playercard. ValorLeaks believes they may be a Controller and that their codename is SmokeDancer.

While the above isn’t a lot to go off, we also have teasers uploaded by Reven Valorant on YouTube. These teasers involve voicemails from Cypher and Fade talking about the new agent. All Cypher says is that Omen met someone in Edinburgh Scotland which possibly points to them being Scottish.

As for Fade, she said ‘I see someone I’ve never seen before’. The description she gives is ‘Bright lights darting around a dim room’ and ‘Silenced gunfire and hundreds of butterflies’. The description of butterflies is key as these can be seen on the playercard.

Fade ends her voicemail saying this person is in danger but ‘the danger means nothing to them’. She then alludes to Edinburgh, Scotland as mentioned by Cypher. This is all we have to go off so hopefully Riot Games will pull the curtain aside on their new agent soon, especially with Episode 8 Act 2 right around the corner.

Valorant is available on PC. Riot Games previously said it might come to consoles, and leaks have pointed to console playtests for early 2024. However, nothing official has come from Riot yet.
