Ubisoft has confirmed that it's rolled out a patch for a particularly troublesome bug in Tom Clancy's The Division 2, which had an impact on the both the cooldown and length of skills used.

Players flocked to the game's subreddit to flag up the issue, which resulted in skills deactivating only a few moments after being deployed. In addition, the cooldown timer is reduced to 15 seconds, which is shorter than usual.

Ubisoft said yesterday that it was deploying a patch for the issue, although warned players about 'remaining issues' as a result of the bug. As such, the publisher confirmed that it will roll out another patch later in the week, but suggested gamers should give the 'Extra' and 'Overlap' talents a wide birth until then.

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 came out on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One last Friday, booting Devil May Cry 5 off the top of the UK charts in the process.
