Based on the listing, Treyarch is currently on the lookout for a Senior Level Designer to help out with CoD Warzone, Outbreak, and other large map experiences. This advertisement comes after the previous confirmation that the same company will be leading the design efforts for a new battle royale map set to release in 2024.

Plenty of Twitter users are cautiously optimistic about this upcoming new map due to Treyarch’s track record. The California-based company was the driving force behind the CoD: Black Ops series, which were some of the more celebrated titles in the franchise’s history.

Another notable piece of information from the posting is that Outbreak will seemingly also be returning to the game. This popular Zombie mode has always been a welcome inclusion in any title and its return will surely excite a majority of the player base.

Based on additional posts, they’re also currently on the lookout for a Senior Level and Game Designer for a Zombies mode. This may mean that both a new map and game mode may be introduced to the game in the near future.

Zombie match types in particular have always been a popular part of any CoD release. From the Infected mode in the 2019 version of Modern Warfare to the classic Black Ops Zombie experience, this will undoubtedly be a big talking point for the entire community.

At the time of writing, neither Treyarch nor Activision are yet to issue an announcement regarding these speculations. However, we will continue to provide these updates as soon as we receive more information.
