Robomodo, the developer behind the critically-panned Tony Hawk: Ride and Tony Hawk: Shred, is asking for public donations to help get its next project off the ground.

As reported by 1up, Robomodo is publicising its next game via Kickstarter – a site that helps people collect donations to help fund their creative endeavours.

The new game, Badoink, is a Kinect title that sees the player bouncing around inside a giant pachinko table. Apparently it’s the first true console game to be featured on Kickstarter.

Call me mean, but it’s a Kinect game from the people who made Tony Hawk: Ride. I think I’ll spend my money on a worthier cause… like this.
