THQ has revealed that the Red Faction series is no more. Speaking at an investor call last night, CEO Brian Farrell confirmed that the publisher isn’t planning to carry forward the franchise due to poor sales.

“We do not intend to carry forward with that franchise in any meaningful way,” said Farrell.

The team at Volition has now been moved onto THQ and Guillermo del Toro’s inSane project.
