11 Bit Studios has announced that it’ll be releasing This War of Mine: Final Cut on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 in a couple of weeks.

The Final Cut version of the game includes updated 4K visuals, and UI adjustments to the original 2014 game. On top of that, it adds a few extra features, having first launched in PC to celebrate the game’s then-5th anniversary in 2019. So you’ve also got a new classic scenario, a new character known as Livia, remastered maps and more.

This version will also integrate all the game’s free DLC and free expansions since it’s original launch. You’ll also be able to pick it up in a bundle with all the game’s paid-for expansions, such as The Little Ones, Fathers Promise and The Last Broadcast as a Complete Edition.

If you’re unfamiliar with the game, you play as a group of civilians trying to survive in a war-torn city. During the day you’ll be trying to take care of the needs of yourself and the survivors at your hideout, including repairs, trading and more. At night, you’ll then go on missions with fellow survivors to scavenge supplies for the next day. Along the way, you’ll also have to make some very tough decisions.
