A new Star Wars Battlefront mod which greatly improves the realism of the game’s visuals is currently in development by Martin Bergman of Toddyhancer GTA 5 fame.
He’s currently on his second version of the mod and the visuals are looking amazing. Sadly there’s currently no video footage of the mod, so you’ll have to make do with a series of stunning stills.

Perhaps most problematic to the majority of PC gamers will be the fact the mod is so demanding that it has a 30-40 FPS hit on the game. Given Battlefront was already quite demanding with its system specs, requiring gamers to forgo so many frames means the mod will likely be the realm of super high end systems only.
