Vitamin G Studios has announced that The UnderGarden will arrive on the PSN for PS3 this winter. The development studio made the announcement on the Official European PlayStation Blog.

When we reviewed the XBLA release last year we said that The UnderGarden is “an ambient experience stuffed with a very simple puzzle game, not a complex chicken cordon bleu as much as a comforting pig-in-a-blanket. Possibly the best looking pig-in-a-blanket you’ll come across.” That was enough for the game to receive a decent 7/10.

Vitamin G hasn’t stated if the PS3 iteration of The UnderGarden will receive any enhancements over the existing two versions.

While it’s good for PS3 owners that The UnderGarden is heading to PSN, it’s not going to set the console’s digital download marketplace alight.
