Embark has released their new weekly update for The Finals. This is one of the last updates between now and the arrival of Season 3. Because the game’s third chapter is just a couple of weeks away, Embark is conducting their last community event for Season 2. This gives The Finals players the opportunity to win a new free item, but you will need to act quickly.
You can check out the update 2.10.0 patch notes to see all of the latest buffs, nerfs, and bug fixes. In addition, this update has come with an XP boost giving players more than double XP for a limited time only. This is to help the community complete the current battle pass before Season 3 arrives on June 11th.
To say adieu to Season 2 in as good a manner as possible, you will want to complete the last community event so you can unlock the final cute pink item.
How to win The Finals Season 2 last community event free item
In conjunction with the release of update 2.10.0, Embark has begun the last community event for The Finals Season 2. The reward is the final pink item before Embark move onto a new theme next season.
To complete the community event, you and the rest of the community must collectively deal 18 billion damage in merely “one week”. Thankfully, this is included across all game modes and includes all types of damage.
Embark Oscar’s announcement says “For the very first time, you can track the progress of the event and your own progress in-game”. The community event leaderboard is positioned next to the ranked leaderboard.
In addition to checking the event progress in-game, you can be a stifler for tradition and check the leaderboard online. As of writing, the community has completed 5% of the 18 billion damage required.
