Bethesda has confirmed a few more key details on the upcoming Fallout 76 beta, revealing players will be able to carry all their progress over to the final version of the online RPG.

Writing in an FAQ, the developer confirmed that its plan for the beta is to include the full game, something which it sees as necessary due to the sheer side of the project and the issues that are likely to rear their head as a result.

'Our current plan for the B.E.T.A. is it will be the full game and all your progress is saved for launch,' it reads. 'What’s more, the B.E.T.A. will lack an NDA, meaning players are free to talk openly about everything in it. In addition, players are able to make videos, take screenshots, and stream their experiences.'

'Seems a lot more like an early access experience than your usual beta test for a game, but a game of this scope and magnitude is sure to run into some issues, so it’s probably a smart move to open the floodgates to all possibilities.'

Fallout 76's beta will roll out in October and will be available first to Xbox One gamers. Oddly enough, the game won't be available at launch on Steam, something which is probably going to piss off a lot of long-time PC gamers.

The full version of the post-apocalyptic prequel will launch for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on November 14.
