Bethesda has released a brand-new gameplay trailer for Tango Gameworks’ The Evil Within for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
The trailer offers a new look at the cross-generation horror game and gives fans a glimpse of villain character Boxman – he has a box on, or for, his head.
Developed by Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami, The Evil Within sees Detective Sebastian Castellanos encounter a mysterious and powerful force whilst investigating the scene of a gruesome mass murder. After an ambush he is left unconscious and awakes in a deranged world full of the stuff of nightmares.
The Evil Within launches August 29.
