Bethesda has dropped a teaser of what players can expect in the coming year for MMO The Elder Scrolls Online, with more info promised later this month.
The studio has scheduled a Global Reveal Event has for January 27 over on its official Twitch channel. While it’s keeping most of its cards close to its chest, it has promised to offer a first look at the upcoming Chapter and DLCs that the game will get over the course of 2022.
We’re apparently promised “new lands to explore, new threats to uncover and new stories to experience”. The publisher also teased a “never before seen world” which implies an entirely new location. Previous chapters have seen the game take in much-loved locations from the RPG series’ past. These have included Morrowind in 2017, Elsweyr in 2019 and even the Gates of Oblivion last year.
Further than that though, they’re saving until the event later this month. What Bethesda have done, however, is release a short cinematic teaser for the event and the content. You can watch that down below. Then, tune in for the Global Reveal Event for The Elder Scrolls Online on January 27, around 8pm UK time on Bethesda’s Twitch channel.
