The Banner Saga 3, the third and final chapter in Stoic Games’ acclaimed Viking-themed role-playing game series, will launch on PlayStation 4, PC, Switch, and Xbox One on July 24.

Those of you who are looking to grab the game on PC can also get your mitts on the Dredge Ally pack by pre-ordering a digital copy of the game. This includes a number of in-game goodies, including Kivi, a Rank 10 character; the Tank combat ability; Sculptor’s Tools dredge item; exclusive Dredge Heraldry; Shield Cleaver heroic title; and finally, an exclusive Overture track by Grammy-nominated composer, Austin Wintory.

The Banner Saga 3 will also be available in three different flavours. First up is your bog-standard edition, which retails for $24.99. Next up is the $29.99 Deluxe Edition, which features the game, the soundtrack, world map, digital wallpaper, and Gold Wasp title. Finally, the Legendary Edition adds everything seen in the previous version, plus the Shadow Walker title, Petrie Clan Wing legendary item, and the Gift of Hadrborg digital novel.

Finally, 505 Games will be rolling out The Banner Saga: Bonus Edition on disc for PS4 and Xbox One, which will retail for $39.99 and features all three games in addition to an art book, poster, best-of soundtrack, and in-game digital bonuses. The Bonus Edition comes out in the US on July 24 and in Europe on July 27.

‘Banner Saga 3 represents the feeling of closure but also immense accomplishment to a trilogy that has been at the very fabric of our lives for many years.  We’re ever thankful to the fans and backers that have shared this epic journey with us and helped us deliver what we feel is a fitting end to our Viking adventure,’ commented Stoic Technical Director, John Watson.
