Super Smash Bros. is officially coming to the Switch later this year, Nintendo has announced.
The Big N confirmed the news during its latest Nintendo Direct broadcast last night, although didn’t really give us much in the way of solid info. There’s a short teaser trailer to check out below, which features a couple of Splatoon squid kids duking it out before turning around and seeing a massive Smash Bros. logo accompanied by Mario and Link.
Rumours that Super Smash Bros. is coming to Ninty’s hybrid platform started doing the rounds just a few weeks back, although at the time it wasn’t known if the game would be a brand new affair or a port of the Wii U version. From the look of things, we’re getting a fresh entry.
Super Smash Bros. is due for release on Switch in 2018.
