Third person “relaxploration” adventure Submerged: Hidden Depths looks like it’ll be arriving on consoles and PC on March 10.

That’s according to the game’s Xbox Store page, posted by Major Nelson last night. The game sees you exploring the ruins of a world partially submerged the ocean as Miku and Taku. One of the pair has a mysterious power, while the other wants to make sure the pair aren’t torn apart by the same power.

A major selling point of the game is that it’s billed as an entirely non-combat experience. Rather, you’ll be exploring the world as you collect ruins of its past. You’ll climb buildings, traverse broken structures and hunt for lost treasures, while sailing between locales in your boat. Along the way, you’ll also interact and meet mysterious creatures as well as an “angry presence” lurking beneath the waves.

The game actually originally released at the tail end of 2020 as a Google Stadia exclusive. Developer Uppercut Games announced back in January it would be coming to other platforms now the exclusivity period is over, though a specific date wasn’t given until now. If the name sounds familiar, that’s because it’s a sequel to Submerged, which came out with a similar concept back in 2015.

There’s no word yet if the same release date will apply to the other formats at the time of writing. For now, Submerged Hidden Depths will arrive March 10 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. We’ll assume unless we hear otherwise that the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 version will land at the same time.
