Capcom has revealed that the highly anticipated Super Street Fighter Turbo HD Remix beta will begin on June 25. In order to gain access all gamers have to do is buy Capcom’s Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 from Xbox LIVE Arcade which will set you back 800 MS Points.
On the Commando 3 game menu you’ll see a HD Remix beta button which currently isn’t working, but come June 25 this will download the beta. Once this is done gamers will be able to access the beta directly from the Demos section in the Games Library.
There’s no final word on exactly how long the beta will last, but Capcom’s previously stated we can expect around eight weeks of action, during which time Capcom will be furiously logging data which can later be used to improve the network performance on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game.
There’s still no word on a final release date, but we’re hoping to hear more on this once the beta is over.
