Following its recent launch, Ubisoft’s Star Wars Outlaws 1.1.1 patch notes are here. After the first major update broke save files, this new patch for the open-world sci-fi game manages to fix some known issues for the latest Star Wars adventure.
Star Wars Outlaws 1.1.1 Patch Notes
Only available for the PC version of the game, Star Wars Outlaws’ newest patch aims to address “known issues” such as the game’s unstable VRAM management. While a small update, this should make the PC version of the Star Wars game better for all gamers.
The Star Wars Outlaws 1.1.1 Patch Notes are as follows:
- VRAM improvements
- Overall stability improvements
“Thank you for continuing to share your feedback to us,” Ubisoft told fans. “We hear you and we’re working hard to make sure the Outer Rim is the best it can be for you to explore!”

Still some bugs to iron out
As a sprawling open-world game, Star Wars Outlaws still has a lot of bugs to continue to squash out. As well as a lack of tutorials that fail to inform players about basic mechanics such as combat rolls, there are actual issues that can break missions and stop you from progressing.
Another widespread issue is the game’s Cloud Save bug. As a cross-play game across multiple platforms, many players have had issues switching between consoles and PC. This issue was also present in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, but was fixed.
With a year of its DLC roadmap left to complete, Star Wars Outlaws 1.1.1 patch is the start of a long journey to fix up the game. Even in its buggy state, Outlaws is still a very fun experience on PC and console, one that stars Tatooine’s true celebrity—Salacious B. Crumb.
Outlaws is available right now on Xbox Series, PS5 and PC. The game is not available on the last-gen PS4 and Xbox One machines.
