Star Wars Battlefront II update 2.0 is now available to download for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One, publisher Electronic Arts and developer DICE have announced.

As previously confirmed, this latest patch for the trouble science-fiction shooter features a complete overhaul of the game’s multiplayer progression system, as well as a heap of balance changes and bug squashing. Also new to the table is the Bespin map, which makes a comeback from its appearance in the original Star Wars Battlefront.

On the character front, Han’s health has received a boost as he was deemed too vulnerable in his previous incarnation, while Boba Fett’s jetpack has had its speed slightly reduced while still leaving him ‘fast and powerful.’ There’s also other slight tweaks across the roster, including Iden, who has also had his health increased.

Meanwhile, DICE has applied a number of general fixes including improved collision detection on the Starkiller Base, Crait, and Kamino, as well as removing an issue where players could get stuck on the scenery in Endor and Naboo.

There’s heaps more to digest, so be sure to hit up the official Battlefront II forums for the full skinny on update 2.0. Finally, read our Star Wars Battlefront II review to see what we made of the ambitious sequel last November.Â
