At long last Need for Speed: Underground 2 has been knocked off the top spot in the UK all format charts. The title to do it is a little surprising though. Sonic Mega Collection Plus from Sega is a compilation of sonic games through the years.

Other new entries include UEFA Champions League 2004-2005 on PC, Xbox, PlayStation 2 and GameCube, Shadow of Rome on PlayStation 2, MechAssault 2 on Xbox and the Spongebob Squarepants movie on all major platforms.

Big releases for Friday include Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic II: The Sith Lords on Xbox and PC, Otogi 2 on Xbox. The monster release of the week will probably be World of Warcraft on PC, with Blizzard hoping the game can perform as well in Europe as it did in North America. We’ll let you know how they performed next week.
