Skyrim’s DLC will release on PS3 eventually, Bethesda has promised, despite the problems the studio has faced while developing the PS3 versions.
“Yes. We continue to work on it,” Bethesda VP Pete Hines tweeted in response to a question regarding the PS3 DLC.
“And content will be coming to PS3. Will give details when I have them.”

Neither of Skyrim’s two previously-released DLCs have yet made their way to PlayStation 3, despite the first, ‘Dawnguard’, being released on Xbox 360 over five months ago.
Bethesda claimed that a “complex” issue had created problems with the PS3 ports, something it said it wasn’t sure it could solve.
Hines acknowledged that people’s frustration with the delay was “understandable”, but said he was unable to say anything more on the subject “until a few more thing [sic] become clearer on our end”.
“Don’t know when that will be,” he continued. “Still working on it.”
The latest piece of DLC, ‘Dragonborn’, is set to be released on Xbox 360 on December 4.
